TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
- Deposit must be paid upon reservation in order to secure your seats.
- Balance payment must be made within:
- 45 days before departure: China
- 50 days before departure: long haul (Europe & USA)
- In the event that the company made any changes on the departure date and/or tour did not materialise, the deposit shall be refund in full.
- In the event of a default in effecting payment of the balance sum by the said time period, the Company can, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation and forfeit any payment done beforehand; the Client shall also waive all rights of recourse against the Company.
- The Company accepts payment by Malaysia credit card, interbank funds transfers, cash, cheque. Payment by overseas credit card is subject to a fee of at least 2% of total amount.
CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR CANCELLATION MADE BY THE CLIENT
- Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing. The company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements for the client's trip as agreed upon earlier, and client's must bear any associated charges.
- The following charges will apply: -
- 45 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE (CHINA) --------------------------------- RM 350 Per Person
- 50 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE (EUROPE / USA) ----------------------- RM 350 Per Person
- WITHIN 1 TO 44 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE (CHINA) ---------------- 100% of Tour Fare
- WITHIN 1 TO 49 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE (EUROPE / USA) ----- 100% of Tour Fare
- The Company will not be held responsible for the non-recoverable expenses incurred by the Client/s in preparation of the trip. Such as the advance purchase of Air Tickets, Visa Fees etc. (Note: Air Ticket is restricted and subject to Airline's Terms and Conditions. It may be non-reissue able, non-refundable)
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY BY THE COMPANY
- The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient passengers or uncontrolled factors that do not allow the conduct of a safe tour or the delivery of services as described in the itinerary, including acts of God, war, transportation or other forms of strike, civil strike, pandemic, endemic and order from the Government of Malaysia and/or other countries.
- The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination. Should you decide not to accept the alternative tour, the company shall endeavour to refund all monies paid in full. The company reserve the right to alter or modify with or without prior notice the itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation, or withdraw the services of an accompanying tour manager, due to circumstances over which the operators have no control.
- The client shall be entitled to a full refund of deposit after deducting expenses incurred (if any) for visa/s or other applications made on your behalf. If air ticketing is involved, there are cancellation and amendments fees to abide by and these charges will be borne by the client. Neither party shall have any claims against the other thereafter.
- Should the client/s decide not to utilize the accommodation, meals, transportation, ground tours or other services that listed in the package, no refund/discount/exchange shall be allowed. Any additional costs will be borne by the client.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- Clients are reminded that they are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents. Passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond the return date to the country of origin.
- The company cannot be held accountable for any expenses, reimbursement, or tour fare refunds in the event that a client is denied entry or deported by immigration authorities for any reason.
- Clients are responsible for covering all service charges and visa fees. In the event of visa application rejection or denial due to any reason, a tour fare refund will be issued, deducting an administrative fee of RM 350.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- The company maintains the right to nullify or retract any itinerary or reservation made for a client, or to refuse acceptance or retention of any individual as a tour member if their presence may jeopardize the health, safety, or overall enjoyment of others on the tour. Additionally, the company reserves the right to cancel a reservation if any carrier, hotel, or other contractor declines participation of any tour participant for any reason. In such instances, the company's only obligation is to reimburse the tour member any funds paid, deducting amounts for utilized services as well as administration and cancellation fees.
CHANGES OF ITINERARY
- The company will exert maximum effort to minimize alterations to the itinerary. However, unavoidable changes may occur due to factors beyond the company's control, such as modifications in airline schedules, weather conditions, or local circumstances. In such instances, the company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments, providing notice as promptly as feasible. Clients are not entitled to any form of compensation due to these changes.
